Report Finding

In Spring 2011, IPIMAR, a Portuguese institution responsible for managing research and advising on fishing policy, reported on an analysis of the meat quality of Kush organic rope mussels. They found an 'excellent meat quality' in the mussels and that "the flesh is considered as lean, and, therefore, the contribution in fat is very low".
